How is a treatment given?

Reiki energy therapy is received fully clothed although you will be asked to remove your shoes. Treatments are usually given on a practitioner table but alternatives are used if laying down is difficult. The hands are placed above or on certain energy centres of the body. This serves to channel energy into the areas of the body that will benefit most. A session takes approximately forty five minutes to an hour.

What is the experience like?
